
Only for professionals between the ages of 24 and 35 with sales experience, fluency in Spanish, and impeccable presence
You will be part of the sales team at RETO Health, a longevity clinic that combines science, regenerative medicine, elite aesthetics, and measurable results.
Your role will be to close high-value clinical protocols (Between $2,500 and $15,000 USD) in consultative calls with individual who have been pre-qualified by our medical team and automated inbound lead system.
You will work from wherever you are most productive, with the option to collaborate in person in Miami if you are located there.

Training and support are provided remotely and are designed for you to operate with autonomy, discretion, and excellence, regardless of your location.
Clinical protocols between $2,000 and $15,000 USD
Projected income: Between $35,000 and $150,000 USD per year
Performance bonuses and real possibility of promotion to Team Leader/Expansion Manager
Proven experience in consultative sales or high ticket sales
Fluent Spanish, spoken and written
Professional and impeccable presence (Voice, Image and attitude)
Interest and affinity with the world of health, aesthetics or longevity
Full-Time availability with a focus on results
Ability to learn technical concepts (Biomarkers, Protocols, clinical processes)
Long-term ambition: We are looking for real commitment (minimum 2-3 years)
Convert qualified leads into converted patients
Follow and improve our consultative sales processes
Provide feedback to the medical and marketing teams
Participate in ongoing training
Maintain closing ratios above 30%
